Please note that if Alli Elmunzer, Esq. determines your trademark is not acceptable to move forward in the trademark process after the 15 minute call, you will be refunded. However, there will be no refunds otherwise. There is NO GUARANTEE of successful registration as that is determined solely by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
